4. Eat small portions foods but often, try 4-6x/hari. Don’t eat big portion in a time, it will make you full and lead to gastric discomfort.
5. Reduce eating foods which produce gas (such as potatoes, cabbage, soft drinks), too spicy and peppery foods, and fatty foods.
6. After eating, do not lie down your body directly, it can cause you feel a stomach fullness and heat.
